Thermal effects on respiratory activities of glass eels at different developmental stages

Oxygen consumption rate (OCR) of glass eels in the early and pigmentation stages was measured in different temperature and salinity regimes to determine the optimal temperature ranges for glass eels. The OCR was determined using an automatic intermittent flow respirometer (AIFR) under constant darkness condition without food and subjected to a gradual temperature increase for 255.2 to 383.3 h
