In Hypophthalmichthys nobilis × megalobrama amblycophala cross, when the eggs were cold-shocked by beihg hold at 4℃ water for 15 minutes, beginning at 5 minutes after artificial fertilization, the number of triploids was 3.4 times comparing to that of control group.
