The morphometric, meristic measurement and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were performed on serum esterase, haemoglobins and transferrins in red tilapia, brown tilapia and the hybrids of (S. aurea × white) and (red × S. hornorum) for providing the basic information of the variance of purebred and hybrids.
