Study Triploidy induced by coldshocking on Cirrhina molitorlls

Triploid of cirrhina molitorella were produced by cold-shocking fertilized eggs at 15℃ for 30 minutes starting in 10 minutes after fertilization. The deformith rate was as hoghly as 61.9%.
