The chemical composition of Porphyra (on a dry basis) in Twain were: Crude protein 15.6-18.27%, Crude ash 12.71-23.07%, Crude lipid 0.45-0.58%, Crude fiber 3.56-5.16%, Carbonhydrate 21.47-36.95%.
