Inspection items: chloramphenicol, hydroxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlorotetracycline, ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, norfloxacin, sulfadimethoxine (SDM), sulfamethazine (SMT), sulfaquinoxaline, oxolinic acid, nitrofuran, furazolidone, furazolidone metabolites (AOZ, AMOZ, SC, AH), malachite green and reduced malachite green, methyl blue, arsenic, mercury, selenium, germanium, chromium, cadmium, iron, copper, manganese, nickel, lead, tin, zinc, total bacterial count, E. coli, salmonella, staphylococcus aureus, vibrio enteritidis, vibrio cholerae, fatty acid composition, and calories. |
| Application procedure： |
- To apply for a commissioned inspection, please fill in an application form and take it together with samples that are sufficient for two inspections to Mariculture Research Center, Fisheries Research Institute (Service Tel., Taixi Test Field: 05-6982921 ext. 240).
- The remote applicant may send the samples to be commissioned for inspection together with the application form for the inspection to “Taixi Test Field, No. 271, Zhongyang Rd., Taixi Township, Yunlin County 636, Mariculture Research Center”, and please specify the items for the inspection.
- The acceptance of samples submitted for inspection may be suspended if they are limited by equipment, or cannot be completed within a short period of time, or for other special reasons.
- The sampling should be representative, and fresh products should be quickly sent to the inspection room or properly frozen to keep the temperature low.
- For the commissioned inspection samples, the inspection fee should be paid first (in the case of commissioned inspections by government agencies, after the approval by the Institute, the inspection will be provided before the payment is made), and the inspection fee should be paid by wire transfer (remittance account name: Fishery Development Fund-Mariculture Research Center, Fisheries Research Institute special account 403, account number: 147037090413 (Bank of Taiwan, Huwei Branch). After wire transfer, please fax the payment slip to speed up the inspection process to Taixi Test Field: 05-6980311.
